My Story

Hello! I am Kaylie, the heart of Kaylie H Photography.

I am a mother to my beautiful baby girl and a wife to a wonderful husband. I fell in love with photography from a very young age due to having two aunts in the photography business, I would pick up one of their cameras every chance I got and start snapping away, the first time I ever held a camera I was eight years old, and I immediately fell in love. I've gone back and forth with what I wanted to do for my career my whole life but a part of me has always known it would be photography. I took a lot of pictures during high school just for fun but didn't actually start my business until the year after I graduated after having a very encouraging conversation with my boyfriend at the time (now my husband ;)).  I love everything photography and that's why I took the leap and decided to chase my dreams.
